Kaley Cuoco relied on horse riding and exercise to deal with divorce

Actress Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting split in 2015 after only 21 months of marriage. The star recently opened up about the struggles that followed and admits she relied on horse riding and exercise to get through divorce.

She shared with Women’s Health magazine: “For a month straight I would talk to my horse and just bawl. Finally I went out and the crying didn’t come. I was like ‘I think I actually got through this.”

And the Big Bang Theory star says yoga and SoulCycle classes helped cope with her failed marriage, although she admittedly cried during each routine.

“I’ve cried numerous times in yoga. The best part is I’m sweating so bad no one can tell. It’s so dark, you can cry in [SoulCycle class] too. Everyone’s going through stuff in their lives, every single person.”

The blonde beauty recalled how her love of animals led her to meet current boyfriend Karl Cook. She explained: “Literally, we bumped arms at a horse show. We each said, ‘Oh, I’m sorry’ — and everything changed. I looked at him and he looked at me…”

Kaley admits her relationship has also restored her faith in marriage and is open to trying it again should things go well. In addition, the star wants to start a family sooner rather than later and says she’s “meant to be a mom.”

Things have been looking up for Kaley, overall. She also discussed having had cosmetic surgery in the past and is very happy with the results.

She explained: “Years ago, I had my nose done. And my boobs – best thing I ever did. Recently I had a filler in a line in my neck I’ve had since I was 12. As much as you want to love your inner self…I’m sorry, you also want to look good. I don’t think you should do it for a man or anyone else, but if it makes you feel confident, that’s amazing.”
